Default Going with A&A FI L92 - Need info on L92

Hi boys (and Gals)-

Well, I was going to swap my H/C LS6 for an LS7 - with a mild cam and LT's I was hoping for 500+ rwhp and 480+ rwtq.

I decided against that set up and will be doing a 413 L92 with a T-trim and shoot for 680+ and 650+ torque.

Where can I get info on the L92? Is it an LS engine? I want to see pics, etc and hear about experiences. As you can imagine, I can hardly wait.

BYW- I fell in LUST with FI since Andy put in a Vortech in my C6Z - that one makes 607 rwhp and 552 rwtq with 5.5 lbs of boost and a very conservative tune.

Look on LS1tech, you can find quit a bit of info there. It should make a very nice motor, and the heads are cheap and flow very well stock. Basically just needs a spring upgrade.

Pio,

the l92 block is an aluminum truck block with a 4.060 bore, it uses ls2 sensors and will bolt right into your engine bay.

Is charlie building the motor?

BTW, i am Alex, the Big Quiet guy at the shop on sunday with charlie.... (damn that was a long day)

Hi Alex-

The day was long but worth it, I read the post Charlie put up, nice numbers.

The L92 is for the yellow Z, A&A is putting it together and Charlie will tune it.
