Thanks for trying to make it sound like some major catostophic failure, but the car is back on the road doing great. Turned out the Racetronics pump failed, and took out a head gasket. Thats racing, care to line up next to it this season?
Lol...It was smart of him to get out of it. The track at the test and tune was not for the faint of heart. My poor little 11sec vert was not happy either. The top end of the track felt squirrely to me, I couldn't imagine what the faster cars were doing.

A foolish little girl would not lift and risk putting a car into the wall on a day when it was gusting into 40-50 mph winds and the temp was in the high 30's. I still ran a 10.15 that day little girl.

Hope we get the slots at Norwalk. Charity offer still stands.

You will definitely see me there. I signed up for points this year, so it will be an incentive to attend as many as possible.

That reminds me, gotta go pick up my drag radials!

I'll line up with ya, you're not the only one running 6s in the 1/8th Just make sure you win against my car that's 700 lbs heavier with a little stock shortblock v6, or I'll never let you live it down. I was not trying to make it sound like a catastrophic failure, just wondering wtf went wrong to make it pop at only 14 lbs.

Fortunately all motors arent the same though....

Did your GN run similar times to Chris's Corvette ?

The car has been on par in the 1/8th with his, albeit with my old engine combo. 1/4 mile times should be comparable. I'm testing some stock block stuff on my own car currently, for development on customers' cars, but I'll give him a hell of a run. These guys know I love to bust chops, I'm sure chris has cursed my name more than a couple times

Chris sold his TT C6 Z06 so he does not have a car. I'm guessing Doug's vert will run somewhere 9.4 to 9.5 in the 1/4 & my blue car maybe a tad faster than that.

24 PSI on 93 octane with a stock Buick motor and no knock.. at what 7:1 air fuel and 10 degree's timing?

Artie.. pulling out the BS flag on ya. Maybe i'm wrong.. did it for 1 second at WOT.

Like to see any 109 Buick run the numbers Dougs Vert just did.. So the On-Par statement.. fastest stock block is high 5's with a 1.3 60 foot.. yours wasnt it..

Let alone no AC or creature comforts..

Bro-Chris and Doug have master plan-they were sandbagging. Doug and I are gonna duke it out over a $100 bucks at Norwalk-the money going to St.Judes. All the melted plugs, blown head gaskets, and stuff is just propaganda to come out and destroy my 347 with the procharger!

You can have two shots on goal. One against Doug's vert and one against Chris with my blue car. Anyone else The money will go to St. Judes.
