Hot parts will come with a 5 year warranty on Manufacturing defects.

The next kit will be the race kit. This is the one that is on Dave Dillon's car (aka FastCashDave). This kit will have most of the stuff from above but some things will differ:

**14 gauge mild steel coated Tubular headers

We will have the price of the race kit a little later on today. On 10.4 PSI this kit made 705 RWHP and 905 RWTQ.

In order for this kit to become available we need to sell at least 10 full kits. The lead time will be 6-8 weeks on the hot parts. If we get 10 orders we will then order our 50 sets of hot parts. i was told 3-4 weeks on those but we all know how that goes. Everything else will ship within a matter of days that way you dont feel like you have nothing to show for your money.

The first 10 people to order will get a complimentary set of stock 6.0 liter heads.

I am sure that there will be alot of questions. If you have questions you can pm, email, or call.

Thanks

there are some pictures in here. there is a video somewhere but i cant find it right now. The new website will be up and running soon. it is going to have a turbo and engine tech forum on it revolving around the turbo kits so folks can share information and feedback.

I got a little big cam (G5X-2) and stage 2 5.3L heads. Do I have to go with smaller cam and low compression heads for this turbo kit?
Thanks,

-Mike

Glad to see another single kit on the market...with a great intro price. The parts that were listed should do well. I think the T76 GTS is the perfect unit for stock cube cars (from my experience). I wanted to do a T88 (for my new engine combo), however the configuration of my old setup wouldn't allow it. What fuel system do you guys offer? Can you guys post dyno sheets, not just for max power comparisons but to get an idea of the characteristics of the power delivery. Pricewise this unit compares favorably with the STS units. My guess the power under the curve will compare favorably as well. Good luck, this kit should do well.

Did you guys ever get a full dyno run in.
yes we finally got a full run in. i will post the graph a little later. the one that i have is a complex graph and looks a little crazy. Dave (fastcashdave) has the copy of the simple graph. that is the one that has a 705 RWHP and 905 RWTQ on 10.4 psi

Wow, very nice kit!And the price is very good. I can't wait to see the price of the race kit!
I hope you remember me, I sent you a request about a forged 408. Get back to me if you have a chance (you already gave the details on the internals that you would advise me to go with). Send me a quote if you have some time (since as you now I am not buying right now so don't hurry, but don't forget me ).
I might go with your turbo kit as well are you interested in a trade? I give you a P1SC kit + cash?

What kind of fuel upgrades are needed for a stock '02 Z? Also, I'm concerned about under hood heat. Would you need to vent the hood, and does the alternator come real close when the hood's closed?

Your going to need some kind of heat extractor hood with all the pipes up top.

On the fuel system, it all depends on how much power you are looking to make.

What kind of numbers is the base kit putting down on decent boost? What size injectors do you guys recommend for this kit? Seems pretty nice and the price is right. Are you offering the complementary 6.0L heads for both kits?

Thanks that's what I thought.
But seriously though, I am fine with the P1SC right now but I think I will change my goal. I sent a few e mails to Scott about my project (unfortunatly delayed because of my crashed car), I plan to get a forged Shortblock in the futur (a 408) and was planning to go with a F1R. But after everything I read about superchargers and belt issues, I think that I might go with your turbo kit instaed of doing a second mistake bying another SC headunit! I hate headaches and I think that throwing and changing belts is gonna give me some (after a certain power level).
I still have severql months ahead of me before pulling the trigger (saving money), but I know which route I am gonna go.
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR KIT!! I am sure it is gonna be a success!!!

We ran an open, unrecirculated wastegate on my wife's T03/04 Turbo Miata.

How loud is it when it blows?

The Miata would scare the crap out of anyone in the area, it dumped about 6" from the turbo.

How about the alternator, is that going to require retune to get rid of the two communication we have now?

The wastegates really arent that loud. You can barely hear them when you are in the car. The dump tubes are about 18 inches long so it really isnt right off of the turbo.

only thing this car scares the crap out of is the person behind the wheel

with the alternator all you have to do is run the reference wire to the back of the alternator so no trouble codes are stored. This will all be explained in the instruction manual/video.
