Rear-end was completely disassembled and rebuilt by Vette Parts out of Florida. It was built to a stage 4 rear-end with a 3.08 ratio ring and pinion. New heavy duty posi, 1540 heat treat cross shaft, billet cut internal gears w/heat treat. Stage 5 solid clutchs, 400lb springs w/ extra thick hardened plates. Cap-ring gear side HD billet stress relieved carrier. 3 year warranty. Over $1200 in rebuild.
All new brake lines were installed on car from front to rear. Stainless steel braided lines were also installed at each wheel along with new calipers. I changed out the stock single master cylinder for a dual unit for safety issues also. There is an inline brake proportioning valve mounted by the master cylinder for adjustment.
The interior has new heat shielding installed under the new black carpet. I replaced the stock seats with RCI racing seats with pads but still have the stock seats also. I went to a Grant steering wheel for easier control. I replaced the stock gauge cluster with a custom alum. panel where I mounted all Autometer silver face gauges in the original locations. 5” 200 MPH speedo, 5” 10,000 RPM tach, 2 5/8’s for the rest: Oil pressure, Volt meter, Fuel, Water temp, Fuel pressure. I have also had the clock rebuilt.
It is at the body shop right now having all new GM headlight assemblies installed and being block sanded 2 times and then painted 2003 corvette bright red with a clearcoat over it. I should have it back around the 27th or so. When I get it back I will also be adding new vent window weatherstriping, outer door weatherstriping, new nose, rear, and side emblems. I have several other small things I am also replacing.
Here are a couple pictures of it as of today. It is now on the ground back on its wheels and wearing a new Torch Red paint job !!!
A gallon of Torch Red paint
One and a half gallons of clear
Still have to get all the moldings, grill, louvers, etc. cleaned and put back on.
Engine and interior need to be cleaned back up. Dust everywhere!!!
I will get some more pictures after I get it all cleanud back up.
Thanks
Will
:D
 I will Email pictures more pictures upon request.

I sent the photo ablum to you personnaly. If anyone else has a problem just give me an Email address to send the album to.
When I click on the link it comes right up. Maybe it has something to do with it being my account, I don't know.

Sorry for the Dumb question, but is a M6 a 6-speed? If so, with a little cash on the side I would be interested in a trade. What other mods or options does the 98 have?

Thanks, I do like red :yesnod: I just took some more pictures. Here is a picture of the VB&P suspension. It also needs to be dusted and cleaned back up.
Here is one from the front. Of course, I still need to get the grill and lights adjusted correctly.
