SOLD ‘02 Z06 33K Miles Torch Red Northern NV $26,000.
I had taken this car off the market because it is such a nice and fun car, I couldn't part with it and thought I would just start driving it more. Well, I've driven it maybe 3 times over the summer and while I still feel the same way about it, I think it needs to go to someone that will use it more. I have too many cars and projects and just don't have the time to enjoy it. Miles are now at 33,891.
2002 Z06, valves springs replaced but otherwise completely stock and in like new condition, inside and out. Not much else to say about it as it is a stock C5Z and you all know how amazing these cars are.
I really love this car but don't drive it often. I live on a dirt road and it is a pain to try to keep it clean. It is really just too nice a car for where I live. I also have too many cars and really need to sell off a few of them.
Located in northern NV (Carson / Tahoe area). I bought this car last summer and drove it home about 2500 miles and it was an incredibly enjoyable trip so obviously if you wanted to do a fly and drive, this car would be 100% reliable to drive home (not to mention getting almost 30 MPG and being a fantastic touring car), plus you could spend a few days driving around beautiful Lake Tahoe and the Sierras.
I have a set of jack pucks, a couple logo'd tote bags and service manual to go with it.
The funny looking little metal ball is a phone holder on a ProClip. The ProClip snaps on the radio bezel and the ball is double sided taped to the clip (my phone has a magnet on the back that sticks to the ball). The clip can easily be removed.
Clean title, clean Carfax (no accidents) although I am the 7th owner. Carfax also lists its value at $30,200.
I am asking $26K. I've lowered the price for quicker sale. I'd like to sell it before I change my mind again.

This is pretty much exactly what I'm saving for right now, but it's still going to be awhile. I'm not surprised you now want to keep her. IMO C5 is just reaching maturity as a "classic." C6 may well be the wiser choice mechanically these days but C5, Z in particular as an FRC, has got it in the "looks" department.
Gorgeous lady and also IMO, the best color.
