(SOLD) '02 Z06 Black/Mod Red, 23k Miles, Pristine
I have up for sale my baby. 2002 Z06 Black with Mod Red Interior. It has 23,9xx miles on the clock. I purchased this garage queen almost 6 years ago and it had 19K miles on it at the time. The only prior info I have on the car is that it supposedly rode around in an enclosed trailer for much of its life to car shows to promote the Magnuson supercharger that was installed on it. I do not have proof that this is true, it is just what the seller told me.
The car is immaculate in and out and when I purchased, it had the following tasteful mods added to it:
Magnuson Supercharger
Custom raised hood
Custom emblems
Calloway Double D Exhaust system
After I got the car I added the following:
Custom Kenwood/Rockford Fosgate sound system ($5,000)
Complete sound deadening treatment to entire interior ($1500) This was the single best thing I did as it made this a completely different car.
Cray Spider 19" custom rims and Hankook Ventus tires ($3500)
MGW short throw shifter ($300)
Custom leather shift boot and console cover ($250)
Everything on this car works as it should and I am in my 50's and drove the car very responsibly. It is a drop dead gorgeous ride that really turns heads and is a dream to drive with amazing response from the Maggie supercharger. I do have the original stereo system, dash console, and the original Z06 rims and tires, all in pristine condition that I will include with the sale along with a custom cover and any other accessories I may have. This car has been ultra reliable and I have only needed to change oil and drive it every so often just to keep it from sitting in the garage too long. I just installed a new high dollar battery that has a battery conditioner plugged in and hooked up to it all times. I would prefer to see this gem go to someone on this forum that appreciates what it is and will take care of it as I did so I am offering it here first before I go to Facebook or elsewhere.
Based on the really nice condition of this car, I am asking $29,500 for it which I feel is pretty fair for this market esp. considering what you are getting. Feel free to PM me with questions or offers.

To my knowledge, yes those are stock and I do not know actual HP as I have not ever dynoed it. I have driven a stock Z06 though and this car has a significant jump in power from that. For me it has only been the occasional tromp on it a little on the on ramp to the interstate and the like. I have never raced or tracked this car. It has been driven very responsibly as the wife and I really just enjoyed cruising in it on the weekends, taking a drive to a nearby town to try out a different restaurant/bar, etc...

These are the original stock Z06 rims that came with the car in pristine condition and will go with the sale. The tires have full tread left but are probably too old to use.

Very nice!
Do you know who did the installation and did any receipts for the Magnacharger come with the car?

The car had the original window sticker, owners manual, and unopened demo VHS tape that was included with these cars. There was no other paperwork to my recollection but I am going to go out and check just to be sure. There may have been a receipt or two....

That is the ONLY aftermarket hood I've ever seen on a Corvette that looks good....what brand is it?
Amazing combination of parts, nice.
I had a similar Magnacharger setup back in the day, with factory headers / cats / and Magnacharger can tune.... I'm guessing 440rwhp to 470rwhp. Mine was a VERY reliable "peppy" street car.

You know, I found that brand of hood online somewhere but the name and website escapes me. (the hood was already on the car, I was just trying to find out where it came from) That was the one of the reasons I bought the car, a very simple combination of mods that hit all my hot buttons. I just thought this car is cool as hell.
