I've owned the car for the last 5 years and no "major" maintenance has been necessary. I do all necessary regular maintenance myself. I'll list some things that I've done to the car since I've owned it and if anyone has particular questions I'll answer them too. Note: I've only put around 6k miles on the car since I bought it 5 years ago. It's been more of a garage queen and weekend cruiser for me.
Royal Purple - Oil, Transmission and Differential - with oil changed every 3k miles.
Dim climate control lighting- Fixed
Rocking seat issue - Both fixed
Two tone seat skins - installed
Skip shift (CAGS) - deleted
Short throw shifter - Shifter was cut down and rewelded and custom brass bushings were made for the housing to replace the rubber stock ones. (shifts like butter)
Ranger clutch fluid change done
Custom cold air intake - Gets air from outside the engine compartment through a stock sized K&N air filter.
I.A.T sensor relocated to the filter housing
MAF sensor has been de-screened and ported (pics)
Throttlebody has also been ported and butterfly has a knife edge (pics)
Speed Engineering 1 7/8 longtube headers were added along with a 3 inch X-pipe (all stainless steel)
Stock mufflers were opened up and some baffling and tubing was cut and removed for a more aggressive sound and then re-welded. (sound vid)
A.I.R. system has been deleted form the car (tubing and fan motor) and also deleted in the tune
Four new tires within the last 500-1000 miles
Car was tuned using HP Tuners
Paint has been wetsanded and buffed
I hope someone who can appreciate all the time, money and labor I've spent working to improve the car ends up purchasing it.

Pardon my ignorance, this isn't related to the cars AC right ?
Thank you for taking the time to list all you've done. Really appreciate it as I'm looking for a C5. Love yours but it's above my budget right now unless I wait for a few paychecks

A couple other things I've done:
* Installed a new power steering pump
* Replaced both knock sensors
* New serpentine belt
* New C6 belt tensioner
* Removed the body side molding (For a cleaner look)
* New spark plugs and wires ( NGK TR-5's)

Jkeithv - Sorry you're confused. I'm not. My numbers are what I said they are. 17 years ago I owned the same year car same color and did the exact same mods minus the headers and x pipe and NO TUNE. Raced it at MIR and ran a best of 12.522 on stock runflats aired down. I weighed around 225 Lbs at the time. Check a Horsepower calc. online. Pic of me 17 years ago. Notice the Maryland tag on my car.

Good shipping would be Plycar. They do all the shipping for high volume vette seller Mike@Criswell in Gaithersburg, Md.
