WTB: 2002-2004 Z06, low miles, manual transmission.
Hello, I have been lurking on this forum for awhile and doing a lot of reading and I've decided I want to buy a 2002-2004 Z06, with low miles, and manual transmission. I'm partial to red with black or mod red interior, and possibly black on black, but may be open to other colors. I have been pre-approved for financing, and I'm looking to buy this month. Please message me or email me at daddieo@live.com with details of what you are selling, where you are located, and how much you are asking. I am located close to Sacramento, CA
Thanks!
Jason
Thanks!
Jason

Might want to add your location, as well as your price and mileage limits. There are some pretty good buys on AutoTrader right now.

I don't know if he still has it, but there is a black 2001 with 43000 miles in KC, MO for $19500.00. Beautiful car. The engine only has 7000 miles due to it eating a valve. Check out the KC Craigslist.

Thanks Dean, I think I see the one you are talking about with 85,000 miles on it. Way too high for me. I'm looking for something 40k miles or less. The less the better.

Yes! I found a Torch Red 2002 Z06 with only 8,700 miles on her. Absolutely bone stock. The car is immaculate, and in brand spanking new condition. She still has the new car smell! I took her to the local Chevy Dealership to be inspected, and after combing over the car for over an hour the service advisor came out and shook the hand of the seller saying, "Thank you sir for taking such good care of such a beautiful machine." All the fluids are in good shape. I pick the car up this Friday, and I'll post photos, though I'm sure you know what a c5 Z06 looks like stock The car comes with a car cover, a Z06 trunk divider, and everything that came the Corvette when it was sold new (ie owners manual, Z06 pen, tire pressure gauge, tire inflator kit).

I probably paid a little more than average because of the super low mileage (8700 mi!), the amazing condition (showroom), being bone stock, the color combo I wanted (TR/BL), and the fact that it was a few hours drive from me in California. I paid $26,500, which to me seems like a good deal at about half price of what it was new and it is still like new. I still have school aged kids, so I will only have time to drive the vette on nice weekends, and that driving time will be split between the 'vette and my Honda Valkyrie. I will be lucky to put 5k miles on her a year. After driving her for 8 years I will only be at 48k mi!
