2002 black Z06 FS 57k in CA

Melting Slicks
I have decided to sell my black 2002 z06. It has about 57k miles on it now. I am the fourth owner, have had it since summer of 2012, and have driven it about 6k miles in two years.
Clean carfax, zero accidents, and I have the title in hand.
I'd say the paint is probably like an 8, with some swirling here and there, but no real rock chips, no dents, and no scratches. Overall, very good for an '02. The interior is great, carpet is nice, headliner fine, seats are super supportive and really hold you in.
Powertrain is basically stock. Here is everything I've done to it that I can remember.
- c6z06 calipers and rotors off a 2006 z06 with 12k miles. stoptech street performance pads. Also have Goodridge SS lines.
- to fit the big calipers, I went with a square wheel setup, so the wheels are 18x10.5 all around, stock speedline z06 wheels.
- Johnny O'Connell shocks all around.
- BFG Rivals out back with 1k miles, Nitto Nt05 up front with 5k miles.
- Blackwing intake
- ACA projector headlights with 5k HIDs
- 35% tint all around. This is what I've come to realize is as dark as you can go without getting hassled by the police. I got fixit tickets when I had 20% on my Camaro, but had no issues when I changed it to 35%, and zero issues with the same tint % on my WRX for four years, and the z06 for two years.
- Corbeau A4 cloth seats.
- harness bar and 6 point harnesses
- c6z06 shifter, with Hurst black ball shift ****.
- changed the valve springs, seals, and spark plugs right after I bought it.
- KVC bluetooth head unit with ipod connector in the center console.
- window valet, so you can open and close the windows with the key fob
- put in a column lock bypass right after I bought it
- I've also refurbished the ABS unit, so you won't have to worry about that dying anytime soon.
- only 1 key fob, since the previous owner lost it, but I do have two keys. (plus, they only cost like $4 to make copies of the keys)
Looking to get $21k firm for it. Decided I don't want to go through the whole "asking this much, but flexible" and doing a bunch of negotiating.
Located in SF bay area.
A couple of these pictures are before the change to the bigger brakes, but the car is dirty right now, but I'll try to get some better pictures from more angles after I wash it in some good light.
