2003 Z06 built 416 550+RWHP NA
Here's the run down... Bought the car about a year ago and once I got it home and dynoed I discovered the power was down quite a bit (dynode 510 vs. advertised 587)from what was stated by the seller (not a jab by any means... he was just going by what the tuner was telling him). After a new tune we discovered power was falling off at 6000 rpm pretty bad due to the headers being a restriction (dented up from speedbumps), valvetrain being too heavy, etc..) Swapped the Trick flow 235's out for PRC small bore ls7's along with the Vengeance racing ported fast intake. Replaced the headers with Kooks 2" and sent it back to the dyno.
Needless to say the car is now a beast and picked up around 45rwhp at 7000rpm. I've been busy and selling has been on the backburner but decided its time to put it back up in time for summer.
416 cubic inch LS3 block built by LMR has about 9,000 miles on it.
- Callies crank and Rods
- Weisco nitrous pistons
- ARP Headstuds and cometic gaskets
- 243/252 .650/.650 114 camshaft
Dynoed 553/480 in 103* Texas heat
TSP Small bore LS7 Heads with titanium intake valves... 500 miles on them
Ported LS7 Fast 102 intake by Vengeance Racing with 60lb injectors
Kooks 2 inch headers with off road X (was going F1R)
LG Big 3 Catback
LS7 Clutch
MGW shifter with Stock LS3 shift ****
Raptor shift light
Transmission and Differential are stock and work flawlessly.... Stuck to street and highway so no issues from me.
Tires are Pilot sports at 90% Tread on stock Z06 wheels.... Two passenger wheels have some curb rash.
Pfadt coilovers on all four corners
Front and rear LG Road race swaybars
New Calipers and hawk pads on all four corners with stainless lines
Loyds Floor Mats
I'm sure I'm forgetting some things and I'll update this as I review and remember them. Car is located in Dallas, TX. The car has a few hundred more miles that the pic posted as it is in storage and this pic is from a few months ago when I gave it a first go around. I'll get an undated pic in the next couple days.
$25,500
