sounds good Mike, I'll fill out the bill of sale and send it to you before you've purchased the car
On a side note, Mike and I are just screwing around (inside joke) and this beautiful Z is still very much for sale
Thanks for the bump bud

Come on Justin, I know at least you're better than this.
For the record; It's kind of tough for a bank to want to finish up a loan when they don't have an amount, and don't know if the title is clear and in the sellers name.
Most business guys would know that.
BTW: Beautiful car, best of luck on your sale.

For the record I sent you a copy of the free and clear title, I'm just confused as to why you wanted a filled out bill of sale before even coming out to inspect the vehicle and purchasing the car. This is an honest question (not trying to be an a**) which is what has me perplexed.
For the record, Justin is a professional and standup guy from my dealings with him. If I wasn't so stressed about another out of state purchase (first one didn't go so well) I would of loved to have had this car.

That wasn't from me, that's what my bank requested. She wanted something showing the exact mileage and our agreed upon purchase price. It didn't need to be notarized and it wasn't a binding agreement. Maybe the loan process is a bit different in CA, I don't know but I was just fulfilling her request.

Mileage was not documented on the receipt by A&A corvettes when the SC was installed, date of installation was 2008. My best guess would be around 15k miles on the SC.
