The perfect car will rarely be in your backyard. I bought this C5 out of Kentucky and shipped it down. And, I just shipped my new car down from Ohio.

^ +1. I've bought my last 2 z06 from over 1k miles away. Current one was in St. Louis and the one before that came from NJ. I'm in Texas. The "wish you were closer" comment is moot, imho

I have used Intercity Lines 3 times and always have had a positive experience. They are a sponsor on the Corvette Forum. An outstanding company.

I have used Reliable Carriers and they were awesome! Was around 1200 to ship from NJ to Texas, but that was 3 years ago

I have used Orlando-based Exotic Auto Transport between Tampa and NJ. Also around $1,200. Exotic shipped my C5 from Kentucky to Tampa (pic shown). I also used them Tampa to Wisconsin for Power Tour. No issues.

This was on the 11psi tune. The car makes another 4-5psi now.

170 is extremely impressive for only 770whp, not trying to hinder your sale or anything but those aren't the times posted by wanna go fast. maybe you were mistaken?

GL with the sale I pm'ed you about the times so we can continue the discussion there and maybe help me understand if i am mistaken.

I would be happy to send you my scan logs if you are interested in buying the car. The 'official' speeds for the event were taken by a hand held radar gun (for two cars) well before the finish line. They did not have their new timing system for that event and speeds were all over the board. The car speaks for itself and I'm not really here to defend what the car is or isn't. But what I can tell you is that this car is terrifyingly fast and it was the fastest forced induction car at Carrabelle on that day, for whatever that's worth.
