I'll be looking soon, you wanna trade for a nice FRC? I just got an offer on my house so I'm treating myself to a newer Vette when the sale goes through (but closing isn't until 8/15 and it still has to appraise and pass inspection).

Ideally I want a car that already has rims like yours but originally I wanted under 40k, under 30k would be sweet (was also tossing around the idea of a left over C6 if the price was right).

In the meantime, hammer some more miles on that bad boy, preferably over 60k, so I can get you down on price!

I'm not sure if this question has been addressed. I flipped through all 3 pages of post and the above was all I found that came close.

I noticed that you mentioned replacing tires in May of 2013 at 44,000 miles. Currently, you have the mileage listed as 55,000 after just over a month and 1 week.

How does one put 11,000 miles on a Corvette in that short amount of time?

He's hammering out the miles! But it's somewhat vague as to the exact miles he replaced them at, as the OP says...

"Old tires lasted over 44,000 miles"

But not, "old tires replaced at 44,000 miles"

for how many miles the OP has put on in the last 5 weeks.

I was referring to the second part of your post, and the wheels are the largest $$ part of his mods.

I'll keep you in mind if I buy it, what are you interested in?

Sorry for my late reply guys. I'm only notified on my cell phone if I receive a Private Message. For the first question, Unique Doug helped me with that. I bought the car with 8k miles with new wheels and tires. I put over 44k miles on those tires in the 2 years I've had the car. I stated that not only to show how great Hankook tires are, but to show that this car was babied. Never tracked, never hot rodded. We all know if they would of never lasted that long doing those things. I have pictures of the old tires too the day they were taken off just to show that I could of went another 10k miles easily. I just wanted new tires while I had the extra cash.

For the parts. I want to find the right buyer. Someone that sees these upgrades and appreciates them. It would just be easier for me to sell how it is currently set up. I don't want to sell the wheels. This is an everyday driver for me and I want to look clean while I drive it lol.

I have just updated the front page as well to show that I have lowered the cost to 24k. This is no longer an option for me. I bought a kx450f and need a truck. I have also pursued my business and I'm traveling to the Philippines in August. So, its a must for me. I would like to sell it within a month.

Unique Doug, I love the FRC. Great looking car, but I really need a truck now. Why don't you come get this from me lol

Glad to hear about the price going down another $1000. We are only about $1000 away from my magic number. As you can see, I have a sweet ride so this is just an itch I'm going to scratch when my house closes.

What are your truck requirements? As you may know, I'm a licensed car dealer in GA (Gainesville) and have some sweet trucks coming in. You can save some serious coin on tax if we somehow work out a trade of sorts.

It seems 23k is everyone's magic number. I've had about 3 serious offers of 23k. Waiting for someone to beat that within the next few weeks. Car is back in Birmingham, AL. I was on the gulf coast for the past week and a half.

This next vehicle I get will only be a temporary one. I'm really in the market for a used Toyota Tacoma 4 door.

Thanks for the bump! I'm unsure where Seth purchased this sub box. All of the upgrades were already done by the previous owner when I purchased the car with 8k miles.

Good luck on this with eBay. I checked out completed Z06 listings a while back and the market seemed soft, IIRC.
