`98 Twin Turbo C5-R street car
Spring is hopefuly coming soon..and it`s time to try to move this car along to someone that can enjoy it to it`s full potential. With my business, I`m working all summer, especially weekends, I`ve put just over 3,000 miles on her, she had 500 miles on the build when I bought it, so roughly 3,500 miles since transformation. She just doesn`t get used as much as I had hoped. Current mileage on the body is is 45,387. The car has never seen the track, rain, or been dynoed. It`s been in a heated garage/ storage since the day I bought it off this site over 3 1/2 years ago. As far as reliability, I drove the car up from Florida to the N.W.`Burbs of Chicago, basically not stop, kinda` like a 24 hr. endurance test and wouldn`t hesitate taking it anywhere.
Without trying to hide anything, I did have an "Off road experience" soon after purchase , when I encountered a slick spot and slid into a chain link fence which resulted in replacing the nose, fenders, intercooler and radiator, No air bag deployment and the carbon fiber hood was not damaged at all. The car is tighter than day one!
Here is the link that I found the car with, I think it`s easier than re-posting everything, plus Tom, whom I purchased the car from, built it, and has a following on this site.

With the state of the economy I`m asking $40,000. I have 2 kids reaching that college age... and I`m not interested in trades of any kind.
If you`re serious, and have any questions or want additional pics, don`t hesitate giving me a call or text at (847) 812-1436
Thanks,
Jim
