I've decided to sell my 2001 Speedway White Z06

My wife may be taking early retirement from her job and we will need to supplement our income and health insurance from the sale of the car.

Overview:
The car has the ALL BLACK INTERIOR
Mileage: Current 57,800 miles
I'm the 4th owner. I'm 62 years old, non smoker, and a CDL driver.
The car was used for cruising and car show events, never raced.
The car has spent it's life in California and Arizona
The car is in my garage at my home in Tucson Arizona

The car has a CLEAN CLEAR CARFAX

I have GM service records copied and attached at the end of this ad for your review showing the car was repaired under the campaign in 2001 for oil burning. IT DOES NOT BURN OIL.

Upgrades:
Stock Bose unit has been upgraded with large woofer in trunk well. The other speakers and face unit is still stock Bose.

The low beam headlights have been upgraded to HID. The hi beam headlights are still stock halogen.

The rotors have been upgraded to drilled and slotted. Calipers are stock.

There are various pieces of chrome in the engine compartment that are just eye candy. They can easily be removed.

There are 2 stainless steel roll bars behind the seats. They are non functional just placed there by one of the previous owners.

The car comes with a leather bra, AND leather mirror covers.

There are screen inserts in the vents in the front, on the side in the cove area and on the rear at the bottom.

The car was personalized with a checkered flag design in the cove area by a previous owner. This is paint, not a decal.

The car has the usual stone chips behind the wheel wells but the nose and mirrors are very clean due to the use of the leather covers.

There are STAINLESS STEEL CORVETTE LETTER INSERTS front and rear.

The fluids in the transmission AND the rear were all changed at 57,500 using AMSOIL products.

Mobil 1 Oil Change at 55,000 Miles

The clutch fluid is clear and has been kept clean using Rangers maintenance procedures.

The car drives straight, steers straight, and brakes straight.

There are no issues with any codes or warning lights.

I am asking $18,500 for the car.

I will not entertain low ball offers so save the 15,000 offers for other cars. I will NOT hold the car on someone's word. If you want the car then Paypal a $500 down payment to my email address: rls196906@yahoo.com

I have a clean clear Arizona title IN HAND. Payment for the car can be made via a bank wire transfer, or cash in person and you may take possession of the car and title at that time.

If you use a cashier's check, then it will need to clear both of our banks before you get either title or car. The car and title will not leave my possession until all funds are paid in full.

The car must be paid IN FULL WITHIN 10 DAYS of the down payment. Have your funds in place BEFORE you send the down payment.

I will gladly pick you up at the Tucson Airport if you wish to fly in.

I will gladly store the car for up to 30 days in my garage if you purchase the car and need time to find a reputable transporter.

I will NOT pay for shipping the car. Transportation of the car is solely the buyers responsibility to arrange and pay for.

The car does not have any warranty either expressed or implied.

I am a private seller so if the car is sold to an individual in Arizona, there will be NO STATE SALES TAX.

Man! This is what I've been looking for (relatively stock 01SWZ)... except for the flag paint. Wish I could shake the PO for using that instead of vinyl or stickers etc.

Rob is a great person and a true corvette enthusist. When i buy used corvettes it is always important to me the previous owner was a corvette enthusist not just a.... yeah i like the looks of that car kind of person.
