FS 1999 Coupe $16,200
I have been a Forum member since 2001, and have had a C4 and currently have a C5. I am considering moving to something manufactured in Italy, so it is time to sell my car. My wife and kids want to keep the vette, and part of me does too. I am sure I will have another one, maybe sooner than later. In any case, here are the details:
Six speed (manual) transmission. Second owner, Always garaged & covered. 109,600 miles. Full service history, original window sticker ($48,000). Options: memory package, six-way power seat, adjustable sport bucket seats (leather), floor mats, dual zone auto air conditioning, active handling, sport magnesium wheels ($3,000 option), heads-up display, remote CD changer. Brand new Optima red top battery, custom car cover included. I also have a second set of base 1999 rims (with tires) and the full 3 book service manual, an extra CD changer magazine and other misc. parts that I am probably going to sell separate. $16,200 OBO. Plenty of pics available.

Pictures would certainly help.
And I agree with comments above. I personally purchased a '99 about 6 years ago with 140K miles for $14K. Not trying to give you a hard time on price, just some hopefully helpful advice
