triple black c5 convertible $8500 obo
Price drop. $8500 obo. Reduced to $8000 CAR IS NOW SOLD SOLD SOLD
Im selling my 1998 chevrolet corvette convertible with 172,000 miles. Corvette is triple black with oem z06 rims painted black. Car looks great for the years/mileage it has.
Mods
LG street long tube headers with high flow cats and x pipe
dynamaxx cat back
k&n intake and air bridge
granatelli maf
bbk 80 t/b
fast 78 manifold
New cross drilled/slotted rotors
new hawk brake pads
z06 sway bars
mail order tune
The bad
A/C is not working. Does not blow cold air.
Seems like it eats a lot gas after getting the mail order tune.
Has 2 key marks, 1 at the bumper, 1 at passenger door

here is the link with the pics.
Manuel
ADDED INFORMATION:
The shocks to keep the hood up will no longer support its weight.
Front tires are Falken with about 90% thread left.
Rear tires are Nittos 555r tires with decent thread left.
Starter changed last year.
Car is only driven once every two weeks since its not as fuel efficient as my other car.
The second picture of the link provided shows the scratches on the passenger door.
Mail order tune was from Trifecta. I chosed this route since it was convenient and did not require me to send them my pcm.
Clear title.
Vehicle located in Lynwood, California.
automatic transmission.
CAR IS NOW SOLD. THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE INTEREST. THANK YOU BUYER FOR THE EASY TRANSACTION.

power seats, factory cd changer in the back (not sure if anyone uses cd's anymore though), ride control option,
considering trading my z06 rims and tires for c5 wagon wheels/tires plus cash.
I might also consider removing some of the easier to remove bolt ons to lower the price of the car (got a friend whos willing to help me out)

UPDATE.
Battery just replace.
Took car to mechanic to see if he can fix the fuel issue. He replaced the map sensor and put the stock maf sensor back on the car. Car will still come with granatelli maf (just not installed). Car seems to eat less gas but still smells rich.
Car will get smogged soon.
VIN number sent to those who requested it.
