Another Whats it worth ??

Looking at a 02 Red Convertible 6M, 35k miles. Asking $23.7. Most I see on here and ebay that sell seem to be around $<20k but they are back East. Anyone watching the prices on the West coast ?

I surely don't watch closely. But, if it's totally loaded with factory options, and clean as a whistle, I'd think $20.5 would be fair.
