Joe, first off, you're in the wrong forum......you've posted in the C6 section and you need to be in the C5 forum. I've notified a moderator to move your post. A good idea is to read the posting rules on "Stickey's" at the top of the page on selling your Corvette. Learn to use the tools before you get flamed by other members. Also there is a Z16 forum for people who own Z16s. I owned #1990 and there are a lot of members there that can help you as well.

Here's a link to get you started:

The mileage is really going to hurt you. Might want to start by seeing what KBB, Edmunds.com, NADA says the value is then go from there.

Private party..between good and fair. NOTHING pre-owned with over 10,000 miles is in excellent condition.

Mine has 21k miles and Good is quoted at $25500. Right about where I feel it should be. Many on here are trying to sell at north of $27k. Maybe in the spring.

Now back to this persons Z16 for sale. Requests for pics and price asked for by at least one person.

Excellent doesnt mean crap...your car isn't excellent.

nothing with over 10,000 miles is. period

what is fair? I'd ask 14,500 if you really want to get some serious buyer calls. 14,900 if you'd like

You'll end up taking closer to 13,500 would be my guess

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. All about supply and demand. A Z16 on here sold recently with over 100k miles for around $17k. If you are interested in the car, contact the seller. I am not the seller you are trying to bash for some reason. Read the posts.

Z16's are my fav C5..didn't mean to bash. I've bought and sold a few hundred cars though and never seen a 110K vehicle in excellent condition.
If you can pull retail book on a private party sale then

Why would anyone try and sell a C-5 in the C-6 forum ?

More interesting, why would anyone ask for help pricing their car, without disclosing anything more than "all clean with new tires and ready to go"? Makes it sound like the car is "all clean" as in no accidents, doesn't it.

If you let someone else on the forum set the value for you, there's no accountability.

Tears at your gut , doesn't it 00Corvette!

Cmon.......you owe it to the forum members.
