Hi fellow Long Islander,

Thanks! Even though we had a fantastic summer this year this car should be in a warmer climate for all year top down enjoyment. My wife and I took some beautiful all day cruises to Montauck, Greenport, and one weekend up to New Hampshire. If it doesn't sell/trade then I'll just plan more trips for next summer. Take care!

Some new pictures added. Let me know if you want to see something specific or a video. No problem!

PS Appointments with 2 local dealers on Monday for cash + trade. Sounded encouraging on the phone to work out a deal so fingers crossed!!!

FYI I will probably be picking the highest offer by the end of this week and selling the car to that person. Thanks all who have been looking!

Bruce,

I did get your email re: my trade for my '00 Mustang GT; wasn't ignoring you, just don't think I have quite the amount of $'s you are looking for. Could maybe swing $9K, if that...

Hope she sells soon, will definetly make a new owner one happy camper!

Hey Chris,

No problem at all and thanks for the thoughts! The car is the real deal with zero excuses. I will be picky though in choosing the new owner. Has to be someone who appreciates the beauty of the car like the last owner and I have. Pass the torch (color pun intended) so to speak. Thanks again and stay safe!

That my friend is a good question! Where do I look to tell? I'll post as soon as I know. Thanks!

Looked up the parts of the Z51 option. I will look for the power steering cooler and option codes.FE3 and Z51.

It isn't a Z51. It has the FE1 suspension. Here is a pic of the options label in the glove box.

Thanks for the answer. I wasn't sure where to look either....lol
I am in the market for my first vette and I must say yours is a beauty. If it is still around in a few weeks I will certainly be getting in touch with you. Just waiting to have cash in hand.

No problem! Thanks for the question. I just wrote down all of the options and tried to identify them. I gave up. I think this is a HIGHLY optioned C5! I never realized.

When I sell the car I will definitely post it SOLD here so you can tell if it is still available or not.
