F/S 2000 Torch Red Convertible Manual 26,000 Miles
I am listing this C5 for my dad because he does not have an account on the forum. I know almost everything about the car so I would be happy to answer any questions you may have if the item description does not mention something.
This 2000 C5 Convertible is Torch Red, it is equipped with a 6spd manual, selective ride, heads up display, dual power seats, dual zone a/c, power steering colum, and all standard features. There is a picture of the original window sticker below so you can see what all options it does have. This C5 has C5 Z06 style wheels with Good Year Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires with about 14,000 miles on them. The tires will need to be replaced fairly soon on the back but will be fine for a few thousand miles. It also has a Corsa Touring axle back exhaust installed but we do have the original exhaust and could have it re-installed. The only other aftermarket item is the B&M short throw shifter but like the exhaust we have the original shifter if the B&M is to tight. This car is in amazing shape for being 10 years old. It is a one owner adult driven car which was alway garaged in the winter and only driven when the weather was nice. Take a look at the pictures and you will see this car is in awesome shape. Nice looking car! I bought a new 2001 Verte that looked just like your Dad's. I traded it on a 2008 Coupe last December and now I wish that I had it back! The Dealer gave me $19,000 on the trade so your price is reasonable. I had mine listed here and on Cars.com and I had no luck selling hence the trade!

Nice looking car! I bought a new 2001 Verte that looked just like your Dad's. I traded it on a 2008 Coupe last December and now I wish that I had it back! The Dealer gave me $19,000 on the trade so your price is reasonable. I had mine listed here and on Cars.com and I had no luck selling hence the trade!

With nothing around worth it's salt this vette is a winner.
What wasn't listed is the wheels and the exhaust makers.
Check out corvette specialty dealers and see what they are asking not to mention what is on Ebay, cars.com and so on.
I looked myself for three months and came up empty and l was willing to pay more.
Bottomline l decided to keep my vette which is in perfect condition and wait for next year.
There is nothing out there and this one looks real nice.

We are going to have to remove the wheels to see what brand they are neither my dad or me remember what brand they are. We got the wheels at Corvettes at Carlisle in 2002. If someone really wants the car and will only buy if they know the make of the wheels I will gladly remove them and see what brand they are. After 8 years of being on the Corvette though they look like brand new so whatever brand they are damn good wheels!
