I still have mine and it is for sale for a fair price. You dont need to buy one for what everyone wants for theirs nor do I need to give mine away, because it has been paid for for 5 years.
Let me know if you are interested and we can talk, send you pics and discuss dollars and cents.

My opinion on how ridiculous this entire requirement/bias purchase will get me banned if I were to tell you. So I will say good luck with purchase and here's a bump.

No C5 but more money in hand. See how that works? You keep your depreciating Corvette and I keep getting richer.
I just read my own post and it sounds like P-Diddy at the Awards (or whatever he’s calling himself this week). All I’m trying to say is that C5’s have not bottomed out yet, they will continue to depreciate just like every other Corvette Series 1-6 has and will and in 30 years, if the miles are below 30,000; they may be worth what some people are asking for them now.
My point: I’m not going to pay off your C5 balance, your mortgage, kid’s education or anything similar; just because you need the money and you think that you may get it out of your Corvette.
Truth is, times have changed. Corvettes don’t make you special anymore. Well, unless you own a 67 Big Block or something that Mecum or Barrett Jackson says is a “valuable Corvette”.
Corvettes now sell for what any depreciating commodity goes for: Market Value.

I'm waiting for Fair Market Value on my 03 AE Vert with 11,000 miles to hit 10K before I sell.

This thread = pointless. Mr. Shakey will be c5 less forever at the rate he's going. It's a buyers market and he hasn't found anything. I can understand being particular, but DAYUM!
Com'n people, let's help a brotha out!!!!!

I have a mint 1999 coupe, torch red with 19,500 miles. It is a six speed with HUD, Corsa exhaust and five spoke aluminum wheels in southern Wisconsin. I'm over thirty, this isn't my only car and I belong to the Wisconsin Corvette Club. I'm the second owner and I've owned this car for five years. This is a must see, hear and drive. I'm asking $22500 on Autotrader and there are pictures with my ad. The price is negotiable. Contact me at 262-252-4018.

Those people on Autotrader are NUTS , mostly Dealers with overpriced Trade-ins.
The reason that I try so hard to find and purchase my Corvettes off of Corvette Forum is because most of the people selling on here are knowledgeable Corvette owners that have owned and sold Corvettes in the past.
They know Corvettes, they Take care of them properly, they know the market and what Corvettes are actually selling for and they use that information and experience to price and sell their Corvettes and a good Corvette at a fare price goes quickly on CF.
Dealers and the Come-lately; when selling, look and hope for the buyers that only know the name Corvette and will overpay to get one. They seem to think that just the name Corvette is going to make a buyer role over and empty their pockets.
Some times they find those uninformed buyers and sink them so deep into debt on a Corvette that they will never re coop there money. Sorry, that's not me or the majority of Corvette buyers on CF.
End rant.

Any well cared for C5's in the Indiana area? Must be below 40K miles and I prefer Blue, Silver, White or Red in that order.
I prefer to buy from owners that have owned and sold Corvettes in the past (no first time owners), no owners whom there C5 is there only vehicle, no owners without a garage or storage and last but not least, no owners under 30 years of age.
Yes, I know I'm picky but I've done this before (many times) and my preferences are based on experience.
