Default 2002 C5 price suggestion ?????

Hello,
Trying to get this '02 C5 with about 25000 miles. Silver/black, auto. The car appears to be in mint condition. I've never own a vette and this came up out nowhere so I'm trying to get comments from people that know these cars.
I've done the basics like carfax, personal inspection, vin check, etc.
The price this guy is asking $18k but maybe I could bring it down a bit.
Any input greatly appreciated.
Thanks

From what I've been seeing, that price is fantastic. If you pass on the deal, maybe you could hook me up?

That price is very reasonable for the model year and miles.

Sounds like a real good price at a time when good prices seem to be everywhere. If everything checks out, you should drive it home.

That is a great price if it's mint. I paid more for my 02 coupe but it had only 9,000 miles on it. Good luck

Im the lowball king and I think that price is pretty good. You can always ask if the seller will take "x" amount of dollars, especially if you got cash in hand.

This thread is not real and has to be some kind of a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

If a price is too good it's not real.

There are loads of lookers here and not many cash in hand buyers, If you offered them a fantastic deal they would say they still have to think about it.

Sorry, but very busy @ work.
For the same reason, the car was sold before I could get to it.
Thanks for all the opinions and comments.
Will keep looking, with cash in hand and hopefully some else will show up.
Thanks again.
