Thanks! I am receiving alot of pm's! Keeping my fingers crossed!

I am sure the owner will chime in but based upon the power this car is making and its previous ets it would have to be around 10:5 to 11:0 to 1 compression (pump gas 93 premium friendly).

Really? I was expecting it to be on the lower side with the -10cc pistons.

This car is everything my stock heads/cam stalled camaro ever aspired to be. I managed to get that down the track to the tune of 12.1. This vette would be a nice fun car to take to the strip this summer, as well as cruise around in.

The motor was built by the previous owner (Vince Stella) to get that high 10 second time slip on a all motor, 382 ci LS motor which it accomplished, about 6 years ago, and I see that the heads are 5.3 Agostino Heads which make more compression, etc., and are probably milled some (educated guess), and I would be very surprised if the compression was less than 10:5 to 1 based on the dyno numbers it put done and ets it ripped off (with a little ole 382ci motor) but don't know for certain what the compression is (and I would bet its closer to 11 to 1 than it is to 10 to 1!

I actually don't know what the compression is. But definitely a cruise and strip car! I am just not a track guy..Never been down the track but the power on the street is awesome!

Ya you're probably right. I was thinking the same thing about the heads. Motor makes good power that's for sure! I was contemplating putting a little juice to it and hunting for a 9 second slip, seems the motor could handle it

Motor would be perfect for a nice lil old 150 shot of N20 to bring home a 9 second time slip!

I do miss the car...Easy to drive on the street. Thumbs up EVERYWHERE you go.
I remember Ferrari's and Porsche's would shy away when I pulled up to a light.
Ahhh.. the good old days.

Best of Luck Mark

Vince! How are you? It's been a long time...Yes you are right, many stares and thumbs up especially the way it sounds, but it's time to move on. I'm not a track guy and this beast needs some track time. I'm looking more for a weekend cruiser/show car. Pass the word around if you please and hope all is well! You still have the Z?

Wish you still had the car early next year, I'll be looking for something like this. What was the MPH on that run? Looked like a 10.97 @ 1___ couldn't read the blurred MPH
