****PRICE REDUCED**** 2003 Z06, Blk / Blk, NEW PICS!!!
Hello Forum Members!
I'm starting this thread to get some feedback from all of you experts. I'm considering selling one of my Z06's as the add states. I would like to see guage what interest and offers are out there.
This is my Wife's Z06, I have my own (see avitar). We are expecting a baby soon and hence the reason for selling it. She is moving to the typical SUV
We purchased this vehicle from a Corvette enthusiast in Arizona on May 25, 2007. It had 17,000 miles on the clock when we purchased the car. Since then, it has been her daily driver and now has 42,335 on the clock. The absolute majority of those miles have been on the highway. This vehicle has been felmale owned and driven for most of its life. It has never been raced or to the track.
Vehicle has been well maintained and is in very good condition. All documentation and history is included. There are some small paint imperfections you would find on any daily driver: small rock chips in the nose, small rock chips on the rockers, 2 small scratches on the driver side quarter panel, one reasonably sized scratch on the driver side lower rocker directly behind the front wheel. All of these things can be fixed and touched up at a low cost with GM's paint touch up.
*****REDUCED*****
Price is listed as $26,000 or best offer
Details of minor modifications and pictures are below.
2003 Corvette Z06 (50th Anniversary Edition)
1. Black Exterior
2. Black Interior
3. Custom Redline Goods "leather enhancements" to the interior. Door pulls and center console have custom leather with red stitching.
4. Borla Stinger Exhaust: Twin Tip (just the catback)
5. Halltech Stinger cold air intake
6. Ace "Hyperblack" Wheels: 18 X 10 in front and 19 X 11 in rear
7. Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 2's: 275/35/18 in front and 305/35/19 in the rear: About 50% tread left
8. Vehicle is lowered on stock bolts
9. AC Delco Performance Rotors on all 4 wheels (cross-drilled)
10. Hawk HPS pads (pads and rotors installed recently and have lots of life left)
11. Shifter is a from a 2007 Z06.
12. Shorty Antenna
13. Southern Car Parts tailight seals
14. Tuned by Charlie at RPM Motors (Forum Vendor)
Don't pass up this chance to own a well kept female driven Z06.

Before i read the disclaimer, i was shocked that you claiming it was a zo6.
Onward. Ive had my 04 coupe listed for two months now on auto trader. One call from a broker who offered to sell it for me. 39,000 miles, perfect condition. Nobody is buying right now. Good luck anyway.

Good luck with the sale, but unless CA prices are significantly higher than prices in Texas, you are nowhere close to being realistic in price. Congrats on the new addition, btw!

Good luck in the sale. May take a while though the way things are right now. And congrats to you and your wife on expecting a baby.

You may also want to add in your disclaimer that you car doesn't have the C6 Z06 brakes since the one in the pics does and your description doesn't mention anything about it.
Good luck with the sale though. It's sad to see the car's value drop so fast in just a few months. 4 months ago, no one would have said your price was too high.

The car pictured in the ad belonged to Vinny in NY.
He sold it and bought a Silver Z because he got tired of taking care of the black.
BTW, Vinny was one of the first guys to do the C6 brake conversion onto a C5.

FYI. I thought it was a decent price, until I was in the dealership the other night looking at an '07 C6 with 30k miles for $30k. Resale has gone to crap in the last 6 months.

BTW congrats on the upcoming new arrival.

I bought an 02 6 speed loaded vert in May 08 with 23K miles from a Texas dealer and that was only $27K at the time. This was before this market headed south and Id say the market has dropped by 20% at least.
IMHO the vert and the Z06 would be about the same price with your mileage balanced by the aftermarket stuff ... mmmm...I would estimate price at probably $23-$25K

Thanks for the replies everyone! Not in a hurry to sell at this point. Just want to keep it posted up there.
As you can see, I've updated some of the pictures. There will be more to come.
There will be someone out there who will want a nice Z06.
