97 coupe 14,500$ 10.80 1/4 mile
I bought this car from another forum memeber with the intention of drag racing it. However, i just bought an 03 cobra and have decided to spend my money modding that insted. Its a 97 coupe with 120,000 miles. The paint is in fair shape as is the interior. The car cranks right up and dosent smoke. I had a local shop do a compression check when i got the car and i was told the engine is in good shape. Heres a list of whats on the car:
stock bottom end
ls6 heads with 1.8 roller rockers
nitrous dave custom ls6 intake with spray bars bulilt in and hidden
long tube headers, catless mid pipe and magnaflow exhaust
RPM level 4 tranny
TCI 5000 stall converter
DTE 3.90 rear end
The only thing on the car ive found that dosent work is the A/C controller under the radio. It dosent light up at all and therefore has no heat or AC function. There are also some scratches on the roof panel, they are the only scratches worth mentioning, so I took a picture of them. See below.
The car has run a best of 10.80 at 128mph on 275 drag radials. This was before the ls6 heads and the nitrous dave intake. So the car should run a little faster.

How big of a shot of N20 does it take for this bad boy to run in the high 10s? 150 shot? Is she running the stock cam still if not, what cam specs.?

I LOVE the 5000 stall and 3.90 gears, as that's perfect for a ***** out A4 C5 drag racer (that can still be driven on the street no problem)! Been there done that with a 4000 stall and 3.73s in my old naturally aspirated 98 C5 A4 point and shoot beast!

Well, im not that low yet but ive learned not to say "Ill never take that". At some point ill probly start pulling parts off the car and droping the price.
