Default F/s Clean 2000 Frc $18k+ In Street/track Upgrades Never Tracked

++REDUCED PRICE++Up for sale is a 2000 fixed roof corvette. I have had the car for over 3 years. When I baught the car it was 100% stock. The previous owner was extreamly **** about the car. It was and still is spotless. I wax it with zano, after reading about it on here. The reason I am selling it is because it is time for me to buy a house. I hate to see it go but the money would help with the down payment.

All the work done to it execpt the paint work with the hood ect was done by me. The drive train can handle 700HP SAFELY. If you mod the engine further you don't have to worry about the drive train. Good peice of mind. I am a experinced mercedes benz tech with a background in building hot rods and race cars. Although not chevy, the dealer I'm with also has caddy for gm advice.

My original intensions with the car was to be a daily driver with the occasional track day. Well the track days never happened. After I started putting a lot of time and effort into it I became afraid of wrecking it. I did not want to hit a wall at Road America. I ended taking it down the drag strip four passes on street tires, not launching it. It was with the origanal clutch and diff out put shaft. It ran easy low 12's btw.

As far as driving comfort it is very comfortable. I am 6'5" and have plenty of room. The roll cage is designed for a daily driver and fits tight. Easy to get in and out of with pleanty of head room. The door bars are low and the A-pillar bars ar as far foward without cutting the dash as possable. The sparco seats however do not adjust (EDIT the back rest angle does adjust) and if need be I still have the origanal seats. Last year I drove this car out to california and back (5.5K mi) within 10 days with no fatiegue.

The car weighs as is under 3100 lbs. It has 295's (911 GT3 rears) on the front and 315's (911 GT2 rears) Michelin ps2's on the back with room for 345's. It has bilstien shocks Z51 springs with rear lowering kit and T1 sway bars with 04 zo6 end links. The list goes on, Just look at the first pic. I list it all there.

I want to try to get a video link up so you can hear that asa cam. It sounds increadible. And with that cam/LG PRO headders power delivery is awsome.

It would cost you over $40K plus labor to duplicate it so I'm taking a huge loss. If you gave any questions E MAIL ME at caminc5@sbcglobal.net I check that more often and will respond to that in order.
Thanks for looking!

Sorry I haven't responded. Every time I tried the server was down. I ended putting it up on ebay. I figure I would reach a big audience. Their is 2 vids on their too, just search frc.

cmb396- no HU no AH, 69K mi. It has had all the common issues repaired. Diff seals, Fuel level sending unit, window regulators. It is in great shape all around.

PA Z06- Thanks, I built it myself. I used to work at a shop that fabricated chassis for NMCA turbo mustangs.

Thanks

What kind of HP numbers does it make?

Bump for a clean car, wish you could hang on to it a while longer!

I've never had it on a dyno, so I'm not sure. all I know is that it is a lot quicker than the 02 up c5 zo6. I would gues around 425 with a very strong mid range. Add the gmpp/Lingenfelter heads this combo is worth 500hp. At least thats what GM prints.

I would be willing to work on the price if you wanted to buy it without the ccw's. I have the origanal thin spokes painted satin black. Let me know.

This car gets looks and compliments where ever I go with it. It would cost over $40K to duplicate. The entire drivetrain is built to handle anything you can throw at it. That is good peice of mind if you decide to put on a blower or turbo kit. Somewone is going to get this car for a steal.
