It's a starting point... I'm wide open to negotiation for anyone seriously interested.
You obviously haven't read this thread:

Again, cost is negotiable (for serious buyer). I don't know of anyone who starts out at their bottom dollar. I really wasn't sure where to start, but it's not far off of what others are asking for cars in less shape. I'm open to any serious offers. I'm sorry, but I probably can't do a trade - I'm selling the car to get the money to buy a friend's '03 Z06 - the lucky dog has a new C6 Z06 on order. Anyway, if I can't sell mine in time to work the deal with him, I'm happy to keep it.
The car is in very good condition - very clean and well cared for. It's never been raced - never been to a track of any sort.
But it would make a great "baseline" car for someone wanting to do a mod'ed vette - all the basic stuff like headers, exhaust, air intake, etc., are already in place - just add a head/cam package, 'charger, turbo, juice, or whatever your pleasure is, and you'd be set.
Or... it's a great car just as it is. All depends on what you're looking for.

I sure don't know about that. I know I've seen lots of CA folks on this and other forums who have cars with similar mods. Maybe one of those kind folks could give us some insight.
The Vararam and the cat-back GHL should be no problem. The headers and the slight relocation of the cats would be the question. There is also something about aftermarket parts having the C.A.R.B. label.

Bumped price down a little - no interest? This car really is in excellent condition - if you could see it in person I believe you'd know there's not many 99's this clean.

I spoke with you today about available hardtops. Let me know what you find out there. Thank you.
