Selling my '04 Silver coupe (4119 Mi).... A question
Would it make it easier to sell if I paid off the loan on it and had the title in my hand? I've got the cash on hand to do it and was thinking about sending off the final payment(lump sum) later this week to Wachovia. Not sure how long it takes them to process and get me the title though.
Either way... here's the vette.
2004 Machine Silver 1SB coupe, ebony interior, HUD, memory package, Z-51, 3.15 gears, A4(auto), CD(in dash), high polished alum wheels, B&B Route 66 exhaust w/ Speedway tips & lowered 3/4". (4119 miles)
Car has been in the rain one time when I was taking it to Corvettes of Houston to have the exhaust installed. Most of the miles were the trip back from Maxie Price to Houston and round trips to San Antonio. On those trips I had a Speed Lingerie Bra(black- comes with car) on the front to keep rocks from chipping the paint. Interior still smells brand new and floor mats have been covered with carpet runners. Exterior paint has no dings, marks, basically perfect & waxed after every wash with Meguiars NXT. Oil changed at 950 miles and 3300. Never eaten in... no kids... no animals... no smoking... etc. Basic warranty is good until 2/07. I was not going to invest in the extended warranty as little as I drive the vette until the time came.
Also comes with Speed Lingerie Black Mirror covers, front license cover(for those who do not have front plate), front window shade & the original sticker from Maxie which was never put on the car.
Could be 3-4 weeks before Wachovia gets me the clear title. I'm not sure right now. Vette will not be driven until I sell it, so the milage will not change.
$34,000 (Car is located outside of Houston)
(PS: Pics can be found under my avatar. I uploaded 3 more tonight that still have to be approved)

Based on the information here it is best to get the title in hand before proceeding, so I'll post a new thread whenever I get it. Until then, thanks to everyone who responded.

That seems like a good price. Good luck on the sale.

Crash ask a moderator to delete this thread and just start another. I don't think you can edit the heading. As to the loan question I would pay it off and have the title in hand just makes things easier in my opinion. Good luck with the sale.
