So what exactly would it need to:

A - make it driveable (oops missed the "no engine" part of the ad, what else would it need)
B - make it pass any kind of "safety" inspection

Do you have any pictures of the passenger side floor area where all the wires are dangling?

hmm, after the fire in my 85 this looks like a pretty good deal. Just drop in my engine and rear section and I would have a fully running car again. Probably cheaper then the fire repairs.....

I think what is hurting your sale is that there aren't any pics. I would find a digital camera and host some pics- both here and on ebay.
