FS: '96 CE convert, LT4, Red interior, 9800 miles, in CT.
Originally a Chevrolet corporate car for one year, then auctioned by GM to a dealer in Minnesota, with 5035 miles. Bought from dealer by first registered owner in '97, owned by him until August of '02, when purchased by me, with 6400 miles. Why only 1400 miles in 5 years? He owns a Harley Davidson dealership in Minn. and explained that most of his fair weather fun took place on two wheels, both business and pleasure. The Corvette was stored indoors, and periodically fired up and taken for short rides. After I bought the car, I had the oil/filter changed (Mobil 1 for both), and the cooling system drained, flushed, and refilled with the correct GM coolant. The original battery was replaced 3 weeks ago with a replacement Delco. Tires, belts, hoses, etc. are all original. Car runs as new, exterior is close to flawless, interior as new with no wear to leather. I put in replacement CE floor mats, but saved pristine originals. A Corsa exhaust was installed last summer, as I felt the original system was too quiet. It sounds and looks great, but I saved the original system if the new owner wants it. Otherwise, the car is completely stock. I obtained a auxiliary hardtop last Fall, had it painted by an excellent shop, and it is now on the car. Included is a wheeled cradle/stand for the hardtop, felt lined car cover, and cover for the hardtop when stored. We have put about 3400 fun, trouble free miles on the car.

I have copies of the build sheet and window sticker from NCM. About the only cosmetic issue I can find is a couple of minor curb scratches on the left front rim. Production of the CE LT4 convertible w/red interior was 68; only 20 with this plus the F45 suspension.
