87 Z51 4+3 $6500
I am the fourth owner of this Corvette, I bought it from a gentleman that is also a member of CorvetteForum. The car was orginally a Florida Car and never saw winter, the guy I bought it from had just moved to North Carolina, always garaged. I have almost all of the service records since the day the car was new, there are so many new and within the past five years new parts to even list. Most notably; new paint 3 years ago, new leather interior and carpet at the same time, 1 year old KBD Targa Mufflers, 1 year old heater core, 1 year old intake manifold gasket. Painted fiberglass top, this car is the Z51 option, bigger sway bars, tighter steering ratio, wider wheels, oil, steering and trans coolers, sports seats. Everything in the digital dash works properly.
133K Miles

Crap. If I had the money- I'd trade up. Everything you could want in a vette... manual trans, great paint (& color)...
I hope you sell that nice looking C4 to a good home (I'm jealous of it).

I don't blame you. The car does sound exceptional..
I had two cash offers on my "88 with 225k miles for $6500 and sold it to one of them. http://www.mulone.com/corvette/corvette.html
A car is worth what someone will pay. Its a matter of connecting with a buyer that appreciates the car like you do.. A well maintained, exceptional condition car is rare!!
The C4 will appreciate now that the C6 is out, so I think $6500 is the bottom value of a "decent" C4 In time it will up from there.

I've seen this car in person. It's a very clean car. If I didn't have an 86 with the same color, I'd ****** this up in a second. This price is a steal.

I want this car, and there's a chance I'll be in the neighborhood, if you could hold on like 2 weeks... I'm guessing you want the money as soon as possible though.

Re: 87 Z51 4+3 $6500 (orgrg)
the way I do it is, I take a conditional deposit. Upon inspection if car is not exactly as described depositor gets a full refund.
So far I never had refunded a deposit, and I have had buyers fly in. Once I shipped a car to West coast (after recieving conditional full payment) and the buyer was satisified upon recieving car..
I say, agree to a conditional deposit on this one....I wouldn't let this one get away if I were a buyer..
This seems to work good for buyers and me..

Well, a random car popped up close, 86 z51, 6500, only thing that's wrong is a bad rear u joint and a dead battery, so I'll let you know, not that you would, but don't hold the car for me.... heh.
