a bit to not hit the roof (and to not have my forehead stick over the windshield with the targa off) but honestly I prefer my legs more in front of me than below me when I drive, 10x more comfortable for a tall person!

just wanted everyone to know I purchased this car from "Irocz187." It arrived yesterday.. I want to Thank him , as Everything worked perfect AS described..... I am100% pleased with this car, with the transaction. It is a beautiful example of a 1989 C4. I would also like to thank the previous owner (Meann-Machine) of 20+ years for the conversation about the history and mods done during his owner ship. He was very gracious with his time and patience with my many questions. This is a rare C4, but what is more rare is to find people with honesty and integrity during car shopping ...BF

If the car runs well, and has no major problems, you did ok.
BTW, if you did a search, you would have found several threads on the subject "What to look out for when buying a used C4"

Randyj75 , you make a lot of assumptions...ALL of which could be avoided, if you asked questions first ........................some one needs to restrict your key board usage until you finds out the following
1. what the problems may be, if there was any
2. If I am upset
and along the same lines, . you would also need to find out if the car runs well before giving the "IF"
If you have any curiosity feel free to call and have conversation to get some facts, I gladly speak with on the phone.....bob

....When i wrote the post, ...I met the enclosed carrier about 1/2 mile from my house...Car was unloaded and it looked great.....then I spent short while cleaning it up. looked absolutely nice....Left to pickup my
girlfriend drove about 1 mile and it coughed and sputtered and I pushed it into a parking lot, took a few minutes to figure it out , it was out of gas, gas gauge showed just under 1/2 tank...........on a 1-10 scale running out of gas t was only a slight blip of "1" on the pain in the rear scale.....
..........There are 2 to 7's on that scale......The first question I asked when I spoke to the owner , What is the stuff that wrong with it?... What doesn't work? The response was Nothing, turn key, ........... .The rest of the story PM me, ...
