Very nice Vette. After this many months for sale, maybe try Bring a Trailer. They've had a lot of C4s on their lately. And your price should make for a quick sale. They often have Canadian cars there btw.

Try a 3 min vid with no music or talking on YT. Tons of people worldwide check it for cars for sale especially out of the country.
Best part is its free.

The problem is the shipping which would run 2k or so from here. There are a couple 90's manual cars with low miles for 9 and 10k in the states much closer. You'd have to cut it lose for 5 or 6 k to sell it down here. I can tell you have a lot of money and time in it, I get it. I sold my 89 with a built engine and mods like your 6 years for 8K to buy a viper and lost probably 9k

By the way what size rims /tires are you running on the rear?
.

I hear ya. I mentioned the shipping issues earlier in my post as I knew it would hinder the sale for sure. I'm open to offers to account for them and fully realize I won't get the money back I put in the car. It never works out that way.

The tires are 315/35R17

Yeah I wish this car was closer wouldn't mind having it. What's the zip code for your location?

Perhaps you should consider advertising your Vette in Hemmings. There are Canadian ads from time to time and the mag has a wide circulation. Costs about a hundred bucks for both internet and hard copy. Also ebay would be a good medium for about the same price.

Someone fill me in on the 90 model they have no MAF sensor correct? Speed density only? Are the ecms still tuned with a prom chip?

My postal code is R2P 1M1. I'm in Winnipeg which is about an hour drive to the North Dakota border. It's about an 8 hour drive to Minneapolis if that puts it into perspective.

You're correct on both questions. 90's use manifold absolute pressure (MAP) and the ECM's are programmed with a prom chip.

Snow yikes. Yeah I wish this thing were closer. I don't know if you have looked on any for sale sights but this year is going for around 7k to 8k with low miles. I missed a 90 black/black 6 speed with 21,000 original miles for 8k by a few days.

I don't know why but the 87-89 seem to be a little more with moderate miles.
Is there an import tax when buying a car from Canada to US?
