if there is no major rust underneath. Is paint swirled or scratched?

There is no major rust on it, it has been very maintained. The paint is in good condition, some swirls but nothing that stands out as a whole.

According to your CL ad, the title is a Salvage. Is this accurate?

like i said the title does not say anything about salvage. I have owned other cars that were salvage and it states that it is titled as rebuilt salvage.
