Default For sale 1992 ZR-1 21xxx miles

Time for me to move on to a Z06! I'm selling my 1992 Zr-1. It has 21xxx miles on it. It is one of 502 ZR-1s for 1992 and one of only 48 in Black rose metalic. If you are looking at this then I'm sure you know the history behind the car so I won't bore with specs and details. The car is all original with the the exception of new paint which was done quite a few years ago. I bought the car from the original owner who bought it in 1994.
In the last six months I've done all new injectors, plugs, all new fluids to include coolant, trans, diff, brake fluid and I have a new oil filter and oil on standby. I've also rebuilt the entire stereo system to include all new amps in the speaker enclosures, fixed the CD player, CDM box and new power antenna. Also added an Ipod cable to the CDM box. The typical under the plenum vacuum leaks have also been fixed. The Nitto 555 tires have about 1000 miles on them. It has both the painted and blue acrylic tops.
The car is in very good shape. It has been professionally detailed as you can see in the pictures. It does have some typical rock chips as one would expect for a 22 year old car. The interior is in very good shape showing very minimal wear. It is not a 100 point show car, but it is a very very nice driver that can be driven/showed and enjoyed. This car needs nothing. Every single thing on it works. Just drive and enjoy then sell it later for you paid, or more as it appears the market on the ZR-1s is starting to creep up.
This is my fifth corvette. I've owned an 85, 94, 98, 06 Z06. This car is very nice and very fun and falls second only to my Z06 which is what I plan on replacing it with.
I'm probably forgetting a few things, but you get the jist. Thanks for looking and I can be contacted at 702-321-6365 text or call or e-mail d.mcintosh@live.com
Asking $21500

You haven't had the car long right? C5 or C6 z06?

I've had it almost a year. I'm looking to get back into a C6 Z06.

I'd like to keep the ZR-1 to, but it's just not feasible right now. I will say that the only car I enjoyed more than this one was my 06 Z06 and I've owned some really nice/fun cars over the years.

Wow, that thing is a stunner. And in my neck of the woods, too. Outta my price range, though. :/

GLWS and on the hunt for a Z06!

Nice ride David, do you ever bring it out to Cars & Coffee on the south side on S. Eastern, or any other venues you attend with the vehicle so it can be seen.

The wheels in the brain are definetly turning.

Thanks

The car is a winner! 92s for some reason are a rare find. Of all the years, you hardly see one for sale and a Black Rose 92 is even rarer. You can probably guess why I think that.
