Have a '96 CE LT4 up here in Jackson, MS....loaded. 24,800 miles, one-owner, blah blah blah. Asking price is higher than your range ($23K thereabouts) but a sweet car if you're still looking.

Keep looking here. Look back at the old posts. Some cars are still there. You can get a nice one for your 12k range. Don't pay more. I recently bought a really nice 96 CE off this forum in your price range. They are out there. I have several other sites to shop at, if you email me I will send you the links.

Have you found a car yet? Ran across this 1996 on CL. Sounds nice and it has a bit higher mileage than you were looking for at 88K. Price is decent at $7K if it's as nice as it sounds. I'm personally not a fan of the wheels and I would go back to the stock sawblades. I have no affiliation.

I have a Unmolested Unrestored Black on Black LT4 with 147,100 miles that runs fine but has Clear Coat damage from Sun, I have a Clear and Clean Florida Title and a wife that is not a Corvette fan and I am KEEPING the WIFE. Recent repairs include AC, Master and Slave Clutch Cylinders, Alt and Battery, Rear Brakes and Tires and drivers headlight gears and grommets. Have Gear and Grommets for pass side as well as a spare Smoke Targa Top. Needs a few odds and ends and Paint and interior are Original, it also has Grand Sport mats that may be factory original as well. My Firm selling price is a take it or leave it of $9,500 cash if interested can message me here or on YIM where I use same screen name. There is Nothing Bypassed or removed it is Bone Stock LT4 Survivor ready for someone to make it what They want. Let me know and good luck if mine isn't what you want

That is why you are still looking Right. Just keep kidding yourself that there are thousands of these in unrestored unmolested condition that have been cared for and maintained, that have not been wrecked damaged or even canaliblized so someone can pop an LT4 into there Classic or race car. Maybe your focus should be on an LT1. I wish you Luck though
