1992 Polo Green/Beige 6 speed convertible with Smoothline hardtop- $7100 Lubbock TX
1992 Polo Green/Beige 6 speed convertible with Smoothline hardtop- $7100 129,344 miles 4/8/2014
Very reliable driver, driven 145 mile round trip every day. Soft top removed for storage and needs replaced. Paint and interior in ok condition for age and mileage. Tires have between 6 & 7 32nd of tread. Everything works as intended except for the CD player.
Clutch, radiator, water pump and clutch slave ~@100,000
The following ~107,000 – 121,000:
Brakes 13” front – new rotors, pads, front rebuilt calipers and SS lines
Valve cover gaskets replaced
Fuel injectors – FIC
Coolant flushed and 160 deg hypertech thermostat installed
EGR valve replaced
Vats bypass installed
New alternator
Transmission and rear fluid replaced Castrol TWS and Redline 75w90
Bose speakers/amps replaced
Swaybar F&R bushings and rear spring pads replaced with poly
1995 door panels and manual seats installed (wear on driver bolster covered both with iggee seat covers)
Rear half shaft ujoints replaced
Clutch master cylinder replaced
AC programmer, controller, blower module, and blower motor replaced
All weather strip replaced (including hard top)
Primary and Secondary cooling fan motors replaced
