changing the oil today.
some have questioned how clean the underside is. it could use some soap and water....but in terms of being a car from the MId-West.... no signs of poor weather driving:

optispark was replaced with spark plug wires in November when the water pump was replaced.
water pump bearing was starting to make a noise while @ idle.
additional parts replaced at that time:
serpentine belt
upper and lower radiator hoses
tensioner pulley
idler pulley
valve cover gaskets
pcv valve
T-stat
intake manifold gasket
center resonator removed and an X pipe welded in
all work was performed by a family friend who builds and restores classic cars and once worked @ an ARCA race shop building race cars.
we are very, VERY particular with performance vehicles.

Thanks. All major headaches taken care of. Not my decision to make but I've recommended that he looks seriously at this Corvette. All the best! Good luck with the sale. Someone will get solid C4...
