Red 92 LT1 auto FOR SALE. (go fast parts included)
I have a red automatic 92 (see my album) with a few go fast parts added in 2009:
CC503 cam,
1.6:1 roller rockers,
Breathless Performance Vortex ram air,
Hedman headers
X pipe exhaust with flowmaster single chamber mufflers
~3000 stall 9.5" Pete K torque converter,
cryo treated 3.75:1 gears in the Dana 36,
fresh multi-angle valve job with back cut and swirl polished valves,
pocket ported heads,
.021" copper head gaskets (11.3:1 compression)
CSR electric water pump,
30 lb/hr injectors with adjustable pressure regulator
PCM for Less tune,
(probably other stuff I'm not thinking of).
~133,500 miles on the car, under 5000 since the head work, cam swap, and rebuilt rear end.
I've had it on the drag strip a few times since the build up and it ran 12.22 on 93 octane in good air on two different days, 12.4 on 90 octane on a hot day.
In October 2010, my wife and I welcomed our first baby into the world and I have been wishing the Vette had a back seat ever since. Before I had the Vette, I used to have a 99 Trans Am and I loved it just as much as this car.
If you're looking for a mint condition Corvette to park in the garage and wipe with a diaper twice a week, this is NOT the car for you. But if you're looking for a toy you can drive to work on nice days and take cruising on the weekends, and usually beat the car next to you across the intersection even if it's a C5 Z06, here it is.
$6800 obo with original wheels, AND aftermarket reproduction ZR1 style 5 spoke wheels with 315/35R17 Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials on back, 275/40ZR17Sumitomo HTRz on front. Can negotiate lower if you only want the original wheels.
-Rich.

I found another toy that I'd love to get, but have to sell this one first. Make me an offer. You won't offend me.
*I didn't get any new pictures today. Hopefully tomorrow will not be so busy.*

New pics finally up!
I tried to show all the trouble areas, in my opinion the worst is the faded paint behind the drivers and passenger side windows. It's hard to get it to show up in the pictures, it usually just looks like a reflection. Tried to show the rock chips in the front, but in the picture it's hard to tell the difference between chips and bug splatters.
If you have any questions, I'll tell you everything I know about the car. I know what it's like to get someone else's toy and wonder about it, so I'll try to eliminate any surprises.
Thanks for looking!

Original wheels are still in good condition. There is a chip on one, about 1/4" x 1/8". Other than that, they all look good. Nothing bent or leaking or anything, I just liked the look of the ZR1 wheels better.
I've listed it on Cars.com. I don't think we're supposed to post links to other for sale sites here, but if you want to see the ad just look for 92 Corvettes in Illinois around $7000 obo. I'd like to sell quick, I've found my next toy but have to let go of this one first to make room in the garage and in the budget so I guess that makes me what they call a "motivated seller" now!

You're right, they're not OEM wheels off a ZR1. I don't remember the manufacturer because I bought them a long time ago, but they were advertised as ZR1 replicas. I'm not trying to pass them off as OEM, but I didn't specifically mention that so thanks for pointing it out. I'll edit the original post.

SOLD!!!! Still have the original sawblade wheels if anyone's interested. Could even throw in a pair of 315/35ZR17 Sumitomo HTRz tires. I'll start a thread over in parts.
