We still need to thin the herd. We added a 2009 Yukon XL 2500 to the stable so now I need to unload our 2004 Yukon and the 1992 Corvette.
I dropped the price of the Corvette $1,000 down to $15,900.
Our son will get his drivers permit in another 4 months so I would be interested in a GM trade.
Thanks,
Mike

OK - My wife has said that I need to get off my butt and get our 1992 sold. I will have to admit that I have been dragging my feet because I love all of our Corvette's and I don't want to see any of them go. There have been some things wrong with the car that I felt needed to be fixed before getting serious about selling it. The bottom line is this car needs to be sold to someone that will drive the car more often than we do.
The car currently has 30,700 miles on it and the price remains at $15,900 OBO. We have spent over $1,000 in the last two months fixing items that needed repair. Below is a list on what has been repaired:
New water pump - Old pump was leaking and I was afraid that it would damage the Opti spark unit. The Opti spark was repaired several years ago with an upgraded unit for a 1994.
Service Ride Control - Found out that the passenger rear actuator had broken gears. The actuator was sent off to Captain Z CNC to be rebuilt. Rebuilt actuator works perfectly and no light on the dash.
Bose Amplifiers - I replaced all of the Bose amplifiers and the stereo works as it should - no hissing, popping, or crackling coming from the speakers.
Power antenna - replaced the power antenna mast due to a broken ribbon inside the mast that prohibited it from going up and down 100%.
Rear wheel bearings - replaced both rear wheel bearings due to some slop I noticed when the rear end of the car was jacked up.
We are headed to Bloomington Gold tomorrow morning. Our car will be in the for sale area. Stop by and say hi.
Thanks,
Mike Boggs

What the heck happened to Bloomington Gold??? I have attended every show for the last 23 years and have never seen a show like this one. There must have been 35 to 40 cars in the for sale area, no auction, and no people looking at cars. As a matter of fact, there were no lines to do anything such as A/C restrooms had no line, food vendors had no line, drive a 2014 Camaro had a short line, and the only line I had to wait in was the drive a 2014 Corvette. Thank you to Chevrolet for bringing the cars and letting me drive the car as hard as I liked.
The 1992 is still for sale.
