WTT: 78 4 Speed needs TLC for C4 with MT

I've moved into an apartment and can no longer wrench on the car as often as I need to so I'm looking to get a C4 that doesn't need so much small work done.
My only real requirement is decent condition with a MANUAL transmission. No 84's.. sorry not a Crossfire Fan :P
