Shelia make sure you know what is the fair price for the new car, if not go to Edmonds or NADA. You can find the trade value of the vette too there. Good luck, I don't want you to get ripped off . Never trust a car dealer 100%. Joe

That's a great deal! If I hadn't bought my '93 last Saturday I'd be all over it.
You have a nice looking car, with good features (6 speed, color, 2 tops, etc.). I can't imagine why some of these folks who supposedly want cars aren't all over it. Good luck, however things turn out.

Do you think she is going to do that? You will not get this car for anywhere close to $5000.
My point was and is. If she can't sell it for $9500 how much is a dealer going to possibly give her? She would be better holding on to it until later in the year and hopfully things will change. And don't be so sure about what I'll get that or any other car for. People have been doing some desperate things because they need money for their next car or just need cash in general.
