Grand Sport Clone/Tribute car. I am the second owner and have owned this car for over 10 years. 63,000 original miles. Always pampered/always garaged.
Here is a list of what has been done to the car recently (60,000 miles)
New MSD optispark.
New AC Delco Waterpump and 160 deg T-stat
New AC Delco sparkplugs
New Taylor red Plugwires
New A/C Compressor
New Kumho tires mounted on correct 9.5 x 17 AMold wheels
New rear wheel bearings
Options - J55 Grand sport front calipers, G92 axle, Auto trans, FX3 suspension.
Car still has the original Admiral Blue paint I'd say 8/10 with some small flaws. Shows very well. The original grey interior was showing it's age so I put in a red/black interior and did a Grand Sport theme with the car. New seat covers - driver's side needs installed.
White stripe is high quality 3M vinyl and was professionally done. Looks like paint but is removable - paint under the stripe is excellent and it would be like it was never even there if you choose to remove it.
While I would NEVER try to pass it off as a real GS - it gets compliments everywhere I go. Even from real GS owners. GM made 43 red gut GS convertibles and they bring big money. Here is one you can drive and not feel guilty about it.
I would say it needs a convertible top to be show quality. Top is OK, but is the original white top so it shows some wear. Here are the pics:
white spots in the last pic are not flaws in the paint - must have had dust on the lens. Paint on the hood is perfect! This is a great, fun reliable driver that gets lots of attention. I'm ready for a new Z06 and you can't keep them all.

I'm very interested. I'm a couple of hours from you, when is a good time to see the car? I'll PM you and we can work out some details. Please consider me first in line!

Excellent information provided on an interesting clone.
Nice work and Good luck
Thank you!
Car is still for sale. There are individuals on and off the forum who are expressing interest in buying the car - the first one with $12,000 cash in hand can be the one to own the car.

Your C4 is very nice. Spring should stimulate interest in this one. Your detailed description is excellent and a prospective buyer looking for this unique model should happen. It just will take time in this depressed market.
