F/S 86 Coupe-set up for winning autocrosses
Well, I've decided to retire from autocrossing so I'm putting up my 1986 Corvette (silver beige metalic) for sale. I've got over $20K in this car and am selling the whole package. The car won the 2005 Atlanta Pro Solo and National Tour (SCCA) and finished 9th at SCCA Solo Nationals that year.
This car would make a perfect NCCC E2 autocrosser.
Only $7000 for the whole autocross package. REDUCED!!
Here's what the car has:
*1990 blue printed and balanced motor with about 30k miles on it.
*1996 D44 rear end with less than 20K miles 3.45 gears
*2400 stall Art Carr lockup torque converter
*Vette Brakes front spring
*Z51 front swaybar with adjustable endlinks
*Koni sports (yellow) in front
*Koni reds in the rear
*Urethane bushings through out suspension
*Long tube headers
*52 mm throttle body
*Sparco race seat on driver's side
*Car weighs 3050 lbs. in race trim
*Car is licensed and insured for the street and still has A/C
NEW!!! brand new radiator installed 10/10/2010
Extras that are in package:
*2 sets of 11 x 17 aluminum wheels
*1 set of 9.5 x 16 aluminum wheels
*D36 rearend that needs refreshing and C bar to go with it
*16 foot dual axle trailer with brakes, toolbox and tire rack
*Alternator (new in box)
*Starter (new in box)
*Original driver's seat
*Several boxes of extra parts
I have all the setup information to help you get the car on the track and FAST the first time out.
I'll have pictures on my website at:
http://apexbenefits.biz/Motorsports.htm
And at:

Thanks for looking.

Looks Like a great buy...

Wow, there is a lot of sweat, blood, and money in that set up! It will be a great buy for someone. Should have no problems selling. Can't beat getting a double axle trailer in the deal.
If I was not so tuition poor right now... I would be a buyer. I am sending buckets of cash to my daughter who is enrolled at UGA.
BTW: If you e-mail me some additional pictures I will be glad to post for you. Send to Jeffreyakers@bellsouth.net

Go to the upper left hand corner of the page and click on "User CP". When this opens Click on "Edit Your Details". Scroll down and change your location to Blue Ridge and you are done.
