Ken -- we exchanged a couple emails.

I got a firm offer for $8K this morning. In the interest of Christmas shopping I think I might just let Onyx go for that (when you and I corresponded I suggested I'd look for the best offer before year-end with $9K taking it). I am waiting until the end of today.

Not trying to put the squeeze on you -- I think you'll find a few nice ones out there in your range and perhaps closer to your home.
