FS gorgeous 86 corvette ZR1 CLONE!!
this is an 86 corvette for sale. i am asking $10000. it is bright aqua, and the color is very nice i get compliments on it all the time, there is however slight paint fading on the hood and decklid. not bad at all like i said i get compliments on it all the time. it is a 350 tpi automatic with 89,xxx miles on it. it runs superb. no problems at all. no leaks other than there is a slight leak from the power steering rack but it only gave me a couple drips when i had it parked on a hill. it has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, accell injectors, hypertech chip, deleted main cat, borla pipes(sound AWESOME), and the guy i bought it from said it has a 2200 rpm converter in it. it really gets up and goes it has tons of power. it has black interior with grey seats, i have black seat covers on order that i can sell with the car. the car has a 93 ZR1 dash swapped into it. the dash, door panels, and center console are all from a 93 however all of the electronics are all from the 86, it still has the digital dash which works perfectly. it has a sony cd player with a 10 disc changer. i am installing a system in it at the moment and it can be bought with the car for extra $. exterior wise the car has the 91-96 front bumper and it has an aftermarket ZR1 bumper, i have seen someone selling one of these one time i think they are upwards of about $500. it also has Zr1 side vents. it has chrome ZR1 wheels, 17x9.5 front with 275/40/17's and 17x11 with 315/35/17 rears and they look SICK. i also just installed the chrome hood emblem and front and rear chrome inlays for the bumper. the windows are tinted, i have a brand new a/c compressor for the car not installed yet. it is a delco unit though brand new. thats about it i am sure i will think of more later but here are the pictures. the only reason i am selling is because i want a six-speed. babying the car around town i can get almost 19.5 mpg. on the interstate at 80-85 i get about 22 mpg with the cruise on. close to 25 around 65-70.

interested in trades + payoff. or $2500 cash plus payoff. we can just swap payments if you want its 175 per month @ like 7-8% interest. i owe less than $5K on the car now. so that would be just under $7500 total.

according to nada it is worth more than my admiral blue 94 even with the glass top. i know that nada price is outrageous and everyone knows these cars dont go for that price but this is a very clean car for $7500 but i am open to offers. the updated interior and exterior are huge +'s. i will be putting it on ebay by friday.

definitely interested, but could you provide some better pictures of the dash? mainly of the center console, drivers side where it meets the dash next to the shifter. also need a pic of the power seat and climate controls please.

i cant believe i have had zero interest on this forum. this car looks like a 91-96 without all the huge expenses with upgrades and replacement parts. working on this motor is 4x cheaper than working on an lt motor. headers for this car are only like $150 for my 94 they are around $500. this is the best of both worlds in my opinion. it is a great starter vette.
Most people that are looking for the 91+ body style also want the LT1 for the extra HP. I know that's why I looked only at 92 and up.
I'm sure the right buyer will come along but it may take a while.

I agree, if he wants to call it a ZR-1 clone so be it...looks like a nice car to me and a decient price too. Good Luck with the sale
