But to answer your question:
The eBay seller can choose whether or not they make the questions/answers appear in the auction page or not. And of course they can completey ignore the question and not answer it as well.
I'm sure the seller would never answer a question like yours and also choose to display it in the auction.

I'm not an ebay shopper, but I guess 99% approval rating since 2001 means squat.
I think first tip off that something is wrong is the rusty rotors? I know it's from sitting around, but I've never seen a GS neglected like that

Well, looks like our GS is back on eBay, but looks like a private seller is selling it-This time for $18K, no reserve!

I emailed the guy about the car and this is how he responded:
I can not confirm that it was in a wreck..Carfax report was clean. The paint job is very good..and the car runs great, strong,shifts smooth..As I stated in the auction when I bought the car It was stated all original and that is why I bought it. But when the car got delivered and the white strip is painted on you just know..Please dont get me wrong the car for the price is a deal it is just not what I was looking for for my collection.
