I just had the roll bar finished about 3 months ago. All Chromoly custom work. 100 man hours on this custom install. Perfect job in every way. The bar is set up with swing outs. This was a $2500 install and is 100% NHRA/IHRA legal. You may think this sounds exspensive but it is the only bar I have seen that is legal in both sanctions and the top still works as intended! Two brand new RCI platnium 6 point harnesses that are 4 year not 2 year. Mallory Hyfire box model 685, MSD coil, ACCEL cap and rotor, ACCEL 10.8mm wires, ACCEL ignition module, Ported upper plenum, Open air box lid, ACCEL kool blue filter, Hooker headers, Hooker 3" front y pipe, TPIS 3.5"/3" rear y pipe, Flowmasters that have ben custom altered, Shift kit, NOS kit with twin nozzle spray plate set for 150hp, NOS purge system, NOS tank heater, Jett fan switch, 160* theromostat, Jett chip, stock chip, 2 custom burnt chips, Moats chip adaptor, BPP air pump delete kit, Optima red top battery, RARE Epsilon 5 star wheels 17x11 rears 17x9.5 fronts, Nitto 315 drag radials, Wlabro 340m fuel pump only about a month old. I just installed the Mallory box last week.
All brand new dana 44 rear end. New carrier and new 3.73 gears. Extra half shafts, drive shaft, hubs, and control arms. Im sure there are some other mods Im missing.
For the cons..
Could use a new top. It still has tons of life in it and does not leak but a new one would look better. The paint is not bad but there are a couple of chips in the hood. There is also a small reapir on the front drivers side of the hood that needs to be redone. Drivers side seat has the normal bolster wear and has been repaired but not perfect. Front carpet on the drivers side is showing wear. Other then that no other problems.
