Well, actually what he said made sense to me. What he said was that the Black C4 would go for $15,500 if IT had 25,000 and then in a completely new thought, he said you could get a C5 for $15,500. Which is almost true, I've seen several close to that with high miles.

Maybe he forgot a comma or something.
